Dave Jones

David is a results driven business change leader with more than 30 years extensive and proven experience of delivering substantial business transformation / change. An expert in the areas of programme and service delivery, business transformation / business process re-engineering, managing client relationships and developing new business.

David has most recently co-founded sustainability and energy management companies, developing the businesses, client management, partnership and delivery infrastructures in addition to developing new business pipelines.

David is the architect of the STEM© sustainable business management architecture / implementation process.


 




Paul Dallibar
Executive Director

Paul Dallibar is an experienced business consultant, performance coach and trainer. Since 2001 he has been actively involved in helping businesses and business management develop and grow through the delivery of focussed business planning and business performance tools. Paul works closely with senior management, encouraging them to drive results through the setting of stretching but realistic goals and objectives.

Clients have been supported across a wide range of industries including; retail, food & beverage, oil & gas, professional services, healthcare, banking & finance, building, transport and government bodies. 

An experienced coach and mentor with strong interpersonal skills, Paul has been utilised by a number of companies to deliver training, counselling and outplacement consultancy at all levels up to and including executive management.

Paul is a SFEDI qualified Business Adviser and since 2007 has delivered Business Start Up workshops in the South East, through the government's Business Link network. 

 

Prior to 2001, Paul spent 18 years predominately in the finance and leasing industry, developing a broad range of business skills through senior roles with Interleasing, a subsidiary company of General Motors and Lombard North Central PLC, a subsidiary of NatWest  Bank (now RBS) and at the time Europe's leading Finance House.  

He also spent time with Ernst & Young introducing and developing the balanced scorecard within its UK tax departments.

 

Paul obtained a Bachelor Arts degree in Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1982 and maintains his professional development through membership of the Institute of Consulting.
